Makhani Indian (authentic Indian Food)

Took my sister here for her birthday dinner, she has not tried authentic Indian cuisine before. Just the normal butter chicken most people buy from Costco. Loved the food, the staff were really friendly. They kept checking on us if everything was good and if we needed anything. We asked for extra spicy for chicken and mutton and it was perfectly on point. If I had known it was in a shopping mall, I wouldn't have come; I'm glad I didn't know! We moved up from Atlanta just a few years ago, and finding food that has not been turned bland sweet has been challenging. Makhani has managed to remain true to its ethnic roots, while simultaneously being willing to accommodate more delicate palettes. My kids have a broad, often incompatible spectrum of tastes in food, and Makhani succeeded in pleasing everyone. Good work, Makhani!
