The Bird - Hamburg

I had heard good dinge about the bird in berlin, so I decided to give this in hamburg a jump. the burger was ordered and my expectations were high. the waiter advised me to go on medium, and so I did. the look of eating was a bit common and has not really come from what they make themselves home. and the tast was also quite common. the burger was done much too little, and after a few bites he fell apart and looked pretty bad. the fries were soft and tasted not very much. a salt would have helped. I didn't finish eating and pushed the rest aside. when the waiter cleaned the table, he asked how it was. he ignored my discreet complaining and just said great his reaction was really unprofessional uninspired. all in all: it is not worth it!

Very nice restaurant near the reeperbahn. we had lunch and it was fantastic, burgers were tasty and overall a great service as well. do not hesitate to choose from.

I had best chicken wings in hamburg googelt, and this place came up a lot, so decided to try. the wings were amazing! absolutely in sauce (a positive) and a beautiful blue cheese dressing (a necessity for good wing). the pommes were also. delicious. I love the little crispy piece. the staff was polite and friendly and the atmosphere was good.

The burger is a part itself, but its as dominant they feel that there is nothing else to taste on the teller except the meat. we were served quite late, everything was only dissapointing and far below the expectations. no way to visit the place...how

Came here after a recommendation from a bar owner on the Reeperbahn and ah could not be more correct! Fabulous place, great atmosphere, and that’s even before the food! We have chicken starters.. wings and strips, the wings came hot enough to melt plastic in...a great way! Strips came with a soothing honey mustard dip I’ve been waiting for all my life! Scrumptious! The mains were steaks and in trepidation I agreed to a medium well done slab of cow, stipulating no blood on my plate... what o got was as good a steak I’ve eaten anywhere in the planet, and I get around a bit!!! Succulent, juicy without the blood a shudder at, this was literally a mouth watering meat melt with every forkful! Never tasted anything like it and would urge any meat lover coming to Hamburg to reward yourself and come to this place! Guaranteed not to disappoint (unless you’re used to TGI Fridays) with great staff, great vibe and sooo please I’m coming back to Hamburg for this place alone! Fabulous!
