Kfc - Harker Heights

I haven't ate KFC in years because bif a bad experienceSo I decided to try it again and what do you know horribleFirst of all they gave me the wrong order wasn't tripping about that but the fact they gave me raw chicken sandwich was a complete disgrace.I won't be back for another 15 yearsGross!

Don't go to KFC in harker heights on Sunday they only have three people working and also u be waiting for service cause there was 6 people waiting to order food not

I have been to this location 5 times in the past two weeks and they have not had extra crispy ready. Went and was told 18 minutes for extra crispy came back 30 minutes later still no extra crispy went inside to order waited more than 10 minutes I was already waiting before I decided to start my timer) finally when someone came to the counter there was still an 18-20 minute wait for extra crispy. Dinning area is dirty, went to sit at four different tables and all had food on them. Love KFC but this location is slipping on a major scale. Left this location and went to a different location couple towns over.

Staff was very friendly and there was not a long line or wait un the druve-thru.

I ordered 2 chicken wraps and had to throw them straight in the trash. Soggy and dripping wet. Food is going downhill at this location.
