Mcdonald's - Harlingen

I think this crew deserves a recognition. on a busy football day off at night the drive thru almost out of the parking lot. I had nothing to wait for, but in almost no time I had hot eating in the hands. as mcdonald's coworker was over a decade ago, I understand the hectic that is involved to be this effectiv. and tapps for the correct personalization/use of resources. well done.

McDonald's wasn't that good today! I bought a Mcrib and it wasn't as it was years before. Pattie was almost dry, it only had 2 slices of pickles and somewhat of tiny tiny pieces of onions. It was a huge disappointment. I had to ask the manager to give me more Bar-B-Q sauce, more onions and pickles.

I stop at this store very often very early morning before work. Fresh coffee and small breakfast etc. My problem with this store is that I need to call the store to be sure it's open because they refuse to turn on the arches when they open and keep the entire parking lot pitch black. I just asked the young lady at the window this morning why they don't turn on the lights and she had the nerve to tell me that she thinks they don't have access to turn on the lights anywhere but inside.. uuumm. Ok.. NOT TRUE! I KNOW THIS FIRST HAND. Service was ok. But safety at this store is a problem due to lack of lighting. People tend to stay in back of the store as they don't have a home and tend to walk up to the vehicles to ask for money or food, or ask for rides or gas. If McDonald's does not want to service the public this early (5:00 a.m. then they should open till the sun comes out.

Was fast. the customer service was wonderful and the food was hot and fresh and my weak are the pommes and it was perfect

It's the same old Burgers you've grown up with so you should know how they taste this time when I went through the service was quick and the food order was correct
