Food is great but service is horrible! Lady in the front always messes up my order.

Ordered two entrees today. Rice was super salty but we decided not to say anything (first mistake). The chicken razala dish was SO salty I decided to say something the lady at the counter took it back. I noticed it was still on the bill so I asked her to please remove it as we only took one bite. She proceeded to say that everyone tried the dish and this is how it's supposed to taste so they cannot, and maybe I can take it home for my family to eat. I let her know this dish is so salty that it would be very difficult to eat. She saved the dish I gave back and tried to give it back to me. How would I know that all the employees didn't directly taste it from that dish? At that point, I was upset but asked if she can give me a different dish instead which she said no. In the end, she said she cannot remove the $15 dish off the bill and that I can take the remaining home. I am truly appalled by this. It is not about the $15, it is the principle. Please correct your service, I am so shocked and will not be returning.

I ordered the Navratan korma and a garlic naan online through Seamless. Food took about 30 minutes to be ready. When I went to pick up my food the woman at the register tried to tell me something about calling to order instead of ordering online but I couldn't really hear her. Why have an online order option if you don't want people to order online? The garlic naan was pretty tasty and soft, but the korma wasn't very good. The taste was fine but the sauce was runny like water. The rice was dry on the outside and mush in the middle. Also, I haven't had korma anywhere else before but all the descriptions online and pictures do not match what I got. Very disappointed and will be ordering elsewhere for Indian food next time.
