Fantastic food and a hidden jewel... You have a gun and the CORNBREAD. AMAZING. Treat others as you want to be treated. People try to leave all the food service staff. I'm glad Mr. Moore has no respect.

Hot, delicious, Nashville chicken. Honestly the best and most authentic chicken you can get in Nashville. It?s hot, flavorful, juicy, crispy and absolutely delicious. The sides are delicious and filling. I?ve been to Bolton?s, Prince?s and Hattie B?s and this place is simply better tasting and more authentic. Mr Moore (the owner) is very friendly and gave us great service. There?s free parking but you might need to call to place your order. If you?re looking for hot chicken, come here. If you?re looking for the place Nashville locals go for hot chicken, come here. It?s worth it.

Eating was good, but simply because of his attitude we won?t be back: can even ask a simple question without it acting like him?s irritating. If several people comment on your attitude? Then guess what... you have an attitude... just be an adult and work on it. I suggest you open another business and do something you really enjoy.

It makes no sense how good this food was. That was by far the best roasted chicken I ever had not even the best hot chicken, but the best roasted chicken. At the same time it had the most juicy meat and the crispy skin, which seems simply impossible to have both. And the taste was by far the best of any hot chicken we had to boot (about six places in total, including Prince's and Bolton's). The fish was also perfect on the inside flaky and the skin was so crispy that it made noise when my girlfriend dragged her fork against the top. Even the sweet tea was incredible. We have an x hot leg quarter, middle catfish, xx hot tenders, hot wings and a sweet tea and I recommend each of these items. The food was so great that my friend and I agreed that we would like to take a trip from our house in Atlanta to get this chicken and drive home. And we will probably. The owner was also a very funny and friendly guy. You can say how much pride he takes in the quality of his food because it was a man show, outside his buddy running the smoker. He made cooking, took the commands, led the register, answered the phone and did cleaning everything from himself. Get the man's food. Meals these incredible are just a few and far between.

The best hot chicken I had in Hendersonville. Our family also tried different spice levels. Some ate chicken legs, chest on the bone, and others had chicken strips it was all amazingly fresh made to order. YUM!
