Little Caesars Pizza - Hesperia

I pre-ordered my meal an hour in advance and have never had any issues or complaints at this restaurant before. I arrived about 10-15 minutes early because they usually have everything ready on time, if not sooner. However, today I ended up waiting about 10-15 minutes past my pickup time. I ordered a custom pizza with olives, mushrooms, onions, banana peppers, jalapeños, and green peppers, plus extra cheese. Unfortunately, there were barely any toppings aside from the green peppers, which looked like they were hastily added after being microwaved. They weren't melted into the pizza as they typically would be. The toppings were still quite hard, which made sense since the dough wasn't cooked thoroughly. There was also hardly any sauce for flavor, and for $20, I expected much better quality! I’ve ordered this pizza before and it was perfect and delicious, so I'm not sure what went wrong this time. I don’t often complain or leave reviews, but this experience definitely warrants it. Based on this, I won’t be returning to this location again. If you're going to do a job, do it right; otherwise, what's the point in wasting everyone’s time?

I had a terrible experience at Caesars. Our meal was over 40 minutes late, and they didn't even complete our order. It seems like they mark orders as completed even when they haven't been. I definitely won't be going back; this was the worst experience I've ever had.

I finally got my pizza at 6:30 PM. Although I don't mind waiting an hour for a pizza, they should not have promised it would be ready by 5:45 PM when it clearly wasn't. The pizza was decent, but the wings were disappointing and had no flavor whatsoever.

Unfortunately, I found very few toppings, and those that were present seemed hastily added after the pizza had been microwaved, as they weren't melted into the pizza like they usually are. The toppings were still quite firm, which made sense since the dough wasn't properly cooked. There was hardly any sauce for flavor, and considering it cost $20, I expected much better! I've had this pizza before, and it was perfect and delicious. I'm not sure what went wrong this time. I don't usually complain or leave reviews, but this experience definitely called for one. Based on this, I won’t be returning to this restaurant. If you're going to do a job, do it right; otherwise, what's the point of wasting everyone’s time?

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. My food arrived over 40 minutes late, and my order was never fully completed. They marked my order as complete even though it wasn't. I will never go to any Little Caesars again. This was truly a terrible experience.
