Just received my food from Uber eats and I ordered the Jamaican jerk sandwich combo and my food was a 10 out of 10 I will order again!!!!

Always love firehouse and round up for the local firefighters but what happened to day is ridiculous. I was paying with a debit card and the transaction kept canceling because I didn’t want to leave a tip. It would ask and I said none and it would just cancel the transaction. On the 3rd time I put a tip and lo and behold it went through. I get tipping for certain business and services but fast food is not one of them.

I had to come here today to edit my review. I love Firehouse subs but the last couple times have not been good. I wanted just a snack yesterday so I ordered the small club on a sub. It was not good and not made as I asked. I asked for extra onions and it had 2... I asked for vinegar and it had none. I've ordered this same way several times and only got it right once. Not sure when or if I'll go back.

I visit firehouse today for lunch and I’ve been coming to firehouse for several years and I don’t know if firehouse had new staff but our two sandwiches were not good this time. It seemed like it was less meat but more lettuce than anything. Sandwiches were soggy, pickles were cut up on sandwich when specified extra pickles on the side. I gave firehouse two stars because of the staff at least greeted when I entering otherwise it would be 1 star. Want be visiting FH no time soon. Very, very, very disappointed. It was a waist of my money today.
