Abstrakt - Hjoerring

Because of my great experience during my visits of the last two years, I definitely had to come back again. Unfortunately, the whole experience was less than expected this time. We chose the 7-course menu and 5 courses were vegetarian. The only two non-vegetarian courses were a mediocre portion of fish and a small slice of filled chicken roulade. This time, I had to eat a lot of bread to avoid leaving hungry. When bringing bread the second time, the friendly waitress told us: “this is the last one, we don’t have more bread.” When we asked for a second beer, she told us that all cold beers were already sold to another table. So we had to wait 15 minutes for a “not so cold” beer. My best experience was the dessert: a lot of different tastes, delicious and creative presentation. Presentation of each course was good: use of many flowers. Value for money I don’t rate that good because they didn’t use any expensive ingredients this time. The whole experience was a bit disappointing for me although they were very friendly.

If you like to try something new, then you should eat at Abstrakt. It would suprise you, great experience.

Got Fish and chips. The fish lacked salt. Otherwise delicious.

Abstract never draws! Really delicious food, and super service. A true gem in North Jutland and only the very best recommendations from here.

A great experience. Well-established staff who had great knowledge about food and drink. We chose wine menu combined with juice juice is not just juice! and the restaurant has seized the tastes absolutely amazing.
