Auszeit - Hofheim am Taunus

Breakfast buffet, dinner buffet and 3 gang menu absolutely top!!! We were very enthusiastic about soup, appetizers, main courses, cheese and really delicious. All service forces hearty, very friendly, funny top! Nice seats, unfortunately we didn't get to the bar. But eat there and stay up there

We went to eat here twice in two weeks while travelling and staying in the hotel. The first time all was good. The second time I had the duck. The breast was bone dry so I left it on my plate and only ate the leg, vegetables and potatoes. The hamburger could be more tasty. It was mentioned after the course and at checkout but nothing was done really, besides a thank you for mentioning. Breakfast was great and otherwise the people were very friendly. Can’t give 3 stars as given the above it was just not adequate.

We stayed on 04.11.2022 (Dinner and on 05.11.2022 (breakfast to guest at the restaurant Auszeit. First dinner: As we had booked the food before, we had the choice of the menus. We chose a pumpkin cream soup with ginger. (As in front. - This was leaking but the cook used a little too much ginger. This made the soup sharp in the finish. (If you were able to counteract something with some coconut milk and sweetness. As the main course we have chosen the three noble fish, with natural broccoli and noodles Aglio Olio as a supplement. -The Eldelfische true glassy and very well seasoned! However, the noodles and the broccoli lacked something of the pep, as these two supplements were discreet to not seasoned at all. Did the waitress share that the noodles could have been a little better or had a sauce fit as compensation. To the broccoli, it would have been good to swing it in butter and sprinkle a few fried and salted almond leaf over it. As a desser there was pear Helene with vanilla ice cream, apple mustard and chocolate sauce. -The dessert was very nicely dressed and modernly presented! Praise again that it tasted very good! The mixture of all components was very suitable! We had also ordered drinks, once a white wine and a juice choir. The wine has tasted very well, as he was lovely he was of course a little sweeter but not too sweet! The staff was very attentive this evening, but unfortunately it took some time until the food was served. (One and a half hours for a 3 go menu was unfortunately a bit too long. The staff reacted very professionally to my criticism and I commend it very much! We will visit the restaurant next time and see if I can give the full 5 stars for dinner. The staff is definitely very friendly! For breakfast there is only one to say: Breakfast alone would have earned the full 5 stars! -Riesen selection of rolls, pastries, jams and more! - A cook has spread the fresh mirror eggs, omelets and agitators. -Great selection of juices and coffees. -Lactose free and soy milk also existed without asking. - Very friendly staff! Unfortunately, we couldn't taste the food because the dog was not allowed. Too bad. We had been the only guests at that time, no one would have disturbed the dog. It would have been nice if on the Internet we had to have been able to stay outside, we would not have reserved.

Good restaurant after a relaxed day: slightly higher price but ok
