Dashers Corner Pub - Homer

Great Sunday dinner at Dashers. They had a nice selection on their menu. I ordered the Dashers Dip which was a Philly cheese steak sandwich. The roll that was used was very fresh. Others at the table ordered the Texas burger and the shrimp Tacos. Both said their meals were very delicious. Public parking is behind them which made it very convenient.

Everything was just amazing thank you for the wonderful service!

I haven't been here in over 5 months since the last time we were there they had a young man as the host and he was as hospitable as the plague. We went back tonight to celebrate a special occasion and I was quite disappointed. Drinks were slow in getting to the table as well as refills. I ordered the prime rib and it was not flavorful. Two of the sides were missing from the plate which I didn't say anything about. This is not the same place as it used to be in my opinion.

The good: prime rib soup was good, cool atmosphere, and they buy their products locally. There are a few GF options. The bad: the children's menu is $13 and the Mac and cheese came with no sides and was the size of a soup bowl (see attached picture). Way overpriced. In general prices are very high, so just know before you go. Lastly, slow service on a busy Saturday night. Food was okay.

We were in the area and asked for a recommendation of a good place to eat. Dashers was the first place emphatically mentioned. So we went. A booth was open right away and we got down to business. We started with a drink order and then ordered food My wife got the Fish and Chips but substituted the chips with broccoli. The portions were substantial and the fish and broccoli were really good! The tartar sauce was a great addition. I ordered the Steak Homer. The tenderloin medallions were seasoned and cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes and asparagus were amazing sides. We decided to go with the special for dessert which was a cinnamon bun bread pudding ALA mode. It was sooo good. I highly recommend Dasher's. Go there if you can.
