We had lunches of tung fong siu kee yuen in our office. really great eating though they had to order, as no English was spoken. open since 1905, seemingly very popular. we had several dishes, including Buddhist vegetarian fried noodles and ma po tofu. I would like to eat this type of ding every lunch (or evening)
I must be missing something here or I just got a bad night. The food was tasteless and the ingredients were not fresh. Service was fine and the waiter made an effort to select something to my taste. Unfortunately, it had none. I didn't try the take out counter snacks, but they looked good.
An institution of the HK-Veg food. beautiful sorting and best to go with friends. here are many paintings and they always enjoy eating here.
Average food, too high prices and some of the worst service I have ever encountered
