Domino's Pizza - Houma

The pizza was from Domino's, and the delivery service was polite. However, I found the staff to be quite unhelpful. When I called to address an issue, they insisted that I hadn't placed my order correctly, even though everything was clearly outlined on both my receipt and the pizza box.

The experience was quite complicated, and I was charged for a pricey pizza. They were out of two toppings, and I felt that the staff could have been more helpful in explaining the situation. Additionally, they could have added my onions and bell peppers to the garlic sauce instead.

You really need to reconsider how many orders you send with your drivers. By the time we receive our food, it's often cold. This happens quite frequently.

We ordered a pizza and picked it up, but when we got home, we realized it was the wrong one. We were instructed to return it, which meant we had to wait for a new pizza. This was frustrating because it wasn't our fault, and it ended up wasting our time and gas. Is there any compensation for our next order?

It would be useful to have a sign on the door stating that the only way to pick up your order is through the window. It's already frustrating that the delivery cutoff time is not clearly visible on the main page for this location.
