You really need to reconsider how many orders you send with your drivers. By the time we receive our food, it's often cold. This happens quite frequently.
We ordered a pizza and picked it up, but when we got home, we realized it was the wrong one. We were instructed to return it, which meant we had to wait for a new pizza. It would be useful to have a sign on the door stating that the only way to pick up your order is through the window. It's already frustrating that the delivery cutoff time is not clearly visible on the main page for this location.
