Aka Sushi House - Houston

It was a lovely spot to enjoy a meal without being overly formal. The calamari was tender, and the crispy tempura was delightful. Our waiter was very friendly and didn't rush us when we were having trouble deciding what to order. We will definitely return, and I highly recommend it to sushi lovers.

I visited this restaurant on Christmas Day and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. A place that excels in its raw food selection makes a strong statement. I tried the Tako Sunomono and the Houston Roll, along with a few other crunchy rolls during happy hour. The food was fresh and expertly prepared. Our server, Erica S, provided excellent service and made some fantastic recommendations from the menu. I'm pleased to see that this restaurant has consistently maintained its high standards over the years.

The food was good, and there was a great selection. It would be nice to have the option to add meat to the fried rice, as the current choices could be improved. However, I will definitely be back!

I’ve been here a bunch of times. Everything is always great except for the ramen which isn’t very good

We went there for business gathering a few times. They have plenty happy hour selections to acommed our preferences. The overall food quality are good and the prices are reasonable. Our last server, Caesar, is very friendly and funny. He showed us how to do a sake bomb. We never had that before, it was fun.
