Steers - Humansdorp

They forgot to include the patties in the burgers, which is honestly the most essential part of a burger. I can't comprehend how that even happens. I had to drive all the way back to Humansdorp, and when I got there, I was treated like it was my fault. There wasn't even an apology.

They took my burgers to the back grill area, which was completely visible to me, and right in front of my eyes, they scraped off the garnish and returned the burgers to me. The staff member said, "Here you go, sir. Sorry for the inconvenience." I couldn't believe it. Are you really expecting me to think that it’s acceptable to just scrape off the garnish and give me back cold burgers? On top of that, the burger patties were undercooked. I've eaten at roadside vendors that show more care for their customers than this restaurant does. It was completely outrageous.

This is definitely one of the best places for steak in the country. Their burgers are consistently delicious, the fries are fresh, hot, and crispy, and the service is always incredibly fast.
