I placed an order through their online app, and the payment was deducted from my account. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, I discovered that it was out of business. Despite this, online orders are still being processed. The corporate number leads directly to voicemail. Food rating: 1/5.

If you happen to visit this place when this woman is on duty, I suggest you turn around and leave! Honestly, it's best to avoid this restaurant altogether. The food was disappointing and the service was terrible. The staff member in question had an extremely unfriendly demeanor. Don't bother asking for limes, hot sauce, napkins, or anything else. If you think I'm exaggerating, feel free to check it out for yourself, but I, for one, won't be returning. Food rating: 1/5.

The crawfish were a decent size, but unfortunately, they were neither purged nor seasoned properly. It's important to season the boiling water instead of just sprinkling seasoning on the shells afterwards. Thank you. Food Rating: 2/5

2 stars is pushing it items are over priced for the amount of food you actually recieve.. my rootbear was the best part and the fries other then that.. i won’t be returning to this location at all
