Zero Degrees - Humble

The elote is always cold and the restaurant in Humble is consistently dirty. The windows always appear smudged with drips running down them, making it a very unclean environment. I most likely won't return to this location due to concerns about cleanliness, as there is a possibility that the cooks are not washing their hands before preparing food.

The food and drinks at this restaurant are excellent. I highly recommend the BBQ chicken.

The service at the restaurant was warm and friendly. I was in the mood for a cold glass of red wine, and that's exactly what I received. The prices were also very reasonable.

I came to this location, having been to others and it absolutely sucked. The AC has gone out and they have fans just blowing around hot air. I feel bad for the workers. Talked to one of them and they said it’s been out since the beginning of the month at least. I received my order and the food wasn’t even sauced or seasoned right. My elote was dry and hadno lime, and barely any hot sauce or mayo. And my wings weren’t even coated fully they just drizzled sauce. I came during a week day afternoon and I can’t imagine how this place is even still open! At least the drinks were good everything else was a 0/10.

Food and drinks were alright (at this location at least). Tried the humble location out and the experience was disappointing. Had a few people working, wasn’t busy at all. They weren’t welcoming at all, didn’t greet us. They seemed miserable to be there. I got up there to order; he just stood there till I spoke, didn’t ask me “hey what can I get for you” or anything like that. They didn’t have certain drinks that are listed on the website which was disappointing. He didn’t offer any solution or similar drinks.. just waited for me to finish my order and said ok. &handed me my receipt. I still left a cash tip and he didn’t seem appreciative at all. Where is the customer service at? I thanked him and I got no response. If you want a good customer experience and better quality drinks; I’d make the drive to another location… the ambience sucks, workers are unfriendly and horrible people skills…. I was so disappointed I wasted my time writing this review in the parking lot.
