Omg this place was awesome! Loved the decorations of the place the food was really good! The sushi was delicious! I had the ramen soup I highly recommend to get it! The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the staff is attentive. Both waiters I spoke with were knowledgeable about vegan options and were able to suggest modifications. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner!
The owner, Tommy, and most of the staff are very knowledgeable about vegetarian options (at least one server is vegetarian). They’re always happy to assist you in selecting dishes that can easily be made vegetarian. My personal favorite is the Curry Kick soup bowl. A couple of friends and I recently visited Birkdale and decided to stop by for a meal. The two friends, who are natives of China, thoroughly enjoyed the lotus root soup. My partner usually opts for the Buddha Bowl. The restaurant has recently been renovated and is conveniently located with easy parking right off the main circle.
