Edgar's Bakery - Huntsville

The next day, I decided to come back for brunch after noticing they serve breakfast until 2 PM on Saturdays. With so many tempting choices, it was hard to make a decision, but I finally chose the Breakfast Handheld with ham, bacon, and cheddar biscuit, accompanied by breakfast potatoes and a bacon cinnamon roll. Everything was incredible—truly, every dish was fantastic! I took the bacon cinnamon roll home, and after tasting a piece, I was so glad I made that choice. I also want to highlight that the staff was wonderfully helpful, accommodating, and friendly. We opted to sit outside for brunch, and the atmosphere was lovely—especially with the beautiful weather we’re having this time of year. I can't wait for my next trip to Huntsville, so I can come back and try more items from their menu!

I was meeting an old college friend who was in town from Atlanta, and we wanted to have breakfast at a place that had something special to offer in Huntsville. I immediately thought of Edgar's, as I had previously visited their other location several times for lunch and baked goods. Located at the charming corner of Lil Providence, Edgar's is a perfect spot for breakfast or lunch. Just a little tip: while you're waiting in line, be prepared to find 4-5 other tempting items you'd like to try! I ordered the breakfast sandwich, which was made with homemade jalapeno bread and packed with melted cheese. And if you love cinnamon, you absolutely must try their warm Honey Pecan sticky buns! As I often say, "Oh my goodness, that's delicious!"

I absolutely love going to this restaurant for brunch. Their baked goods are outstanding! My favorites include the famous strawberry cake, the cinnamon roll, the pecan roll, the lemon bar, and the petite square cakes. I’m not particularly fond of their cannolis, but I do have very high standards for them. The atmosphere is relaxed with an industrial feel, and both the coffee and service are top-notch. For brunch, I especially enjoy the cheddar biscuit and the veggie bowl. I highly recommend this place. Enjoy your visit!

Edgar's did an amazing job on our wedding cake. I'm very pleased with the experience we had at the Providence store. Their team is fantastic!

The pimento cheese biscuit was amazing. It is on a cheddar biscuit with egg and bacon. It was the best . The cheese grits never disappoint!
