I'm glad to see a gluten-free fish and chips place based on recommendations, but I've called twice only to find out that they no longer offer gluten-free frying.

I had a fantastic gluten-free experience! There were very few gluten-free chips available. The first pizza is special because it has its own dedicated fryer and unique gluten-free batter. I tried the fish and sausage, and they were both excellent. The dough looked different, which I found comforting, and it tasted amazing. It's only available from Sunday to Thursday, but it's definitely a great option!
