Texas Roadhouse - Janesville

Always a great time at Texas Road House. The only that Changed since I been there was the peanuts are no longer in barrels but placed nicely in sealed bags. Other then that still top quality food great customer service and polite atmosphere.

Ordered takeout online and received my reciept with what I assume to be someone else's order. Didn't check my order until I got home after a 20 minute drive.

I had to be at tips. They should call it mushrooms with onions and beef flavoring.

I know that prime rib has some fat. But a quarter of mine was fat. Plus it was dry! This is the second time. Same restaurant two different locations! This one was not as dry as the first one in Rockford! They must be putting it in a microwave to warm it up! But I didn't complain. I just ate it!

We had a fantastic family experience at this restaurant. The food was outstanding, and the service was very attentive. However, a word of caution: they turn over tables quite quickly! After gathering my kids and leaving, I realized I had forgotten my leftovers. When I returned just two minutes later, my table had already been cleared. I spoke with the hostess, who informed me that the restaurant's policy is to hold forgotten leftovers at the hostess stand for a while, but this time it was unfortunately overlooked. I wanted to bring it to the manager's attention so it could be addressed in the future. Tamera, the manager, quickly arranged to remake my leftovers. Excellent service overall! Thank you, Tamera!
