Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Johnston

Customer service was poor. The girl at the window was too busy gossiping with her co worker, instead of providing good service. She served us OLD chicken sandwiches. They also forgot to put the straws in the bag.

Do not support the Popeyes establishment in Johnston, RI. Their customer service is horrible, and their organization for getting food to people on time is unsatisfactory. Some of those employees should be fired. The management team is oblivious to their team's behaviors in the kitchen to customers. Orders are constantly incorrect, missing or just plain disgusting to want to eat. I will be calling the health board, BBB and state representatives to have this place reviewed.

Food and service were great. No atmosphere rating because I only used the Drive

God I love this Popeyes. It's been fresh every time, order has never been wrong (scored a few extra chicken strips too) people at the drive-through have been friendly and thorough. They could probably hit me with a deep-fried roach at this point and still end up in the green with me.

My husband should've never introduced me to Popeyes because now I'm obsessed. the food is so filling and delicious! staff is also very easy to hear over speaker and talk to and work very hard.
