Not seeing the freaky fast at all. Slower than ordering a made to order steak. All sandwiches are cold so I’m not sure why it would take 20 min to get your order. Joplin JJ is the slowest of all fast foods I’ve been to. This is based on the the last visits. Still good sandwiches but lose the freaky fast slogan. More like crazy freaking slow!!!
My favorite sandwich shop in Joplin. I've never had a bad experience here, and the food is always prepared incredibly quickly.
The service was very slow. I ordered two combo meals and an 8-inch sandwich, and the total came to nearly $30! It took a long time to get my order, and I likely won't return due to the high prices. Paying almost $10 for a small sandwich combo just doesn't seem reasonable! I'm not quite sure how the rewards program works, but it didn't enhance my experience.
Waited 25 mins for my sandwich, also watched several others wait a very long time, while they are sending 6-7 drive thru orders through!! Not cool.
