Guacamole Taqueria - Jupiter

We were introduced to this Mexican restaurant quite unexpectedly, located just west of Highway 95 on Indiantown Road. It's tucked away in a strip mall next to a gas station, so it's easy to miss if you don't know it's there. The dining area is quite basic—nothing extraordinary about it. However, the food is fantastic; it's truly a hidden gem. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, as evidenced by my friend's decision to cover the entire bill for our group of six. I hesitated to write this review because I don't want to have trouble securing a table in the future. Do try the guacamole; there's a good reason the restaurant is named after it!

This restaurant is a great spot for lunch or dinner. Originally, it was a Peruvian place called Pio Pio, but then Chef Roberto from Nick's Tomato Pie took over. Now, it offers authentic homemade sauces, ceviches, and traditional Mexican dishes. They serve micheladas, beer, and wine, all of which are great options. The calderón de camarones is delicious, especially when paired with chips, beer, or ceviches. Everything is excellent!

This is the best Mexican restaurant west of I-95! Whether you're looking for takeout or a cozy dine-in experience (the place has been newly remodeled), you won’t be disappointed. Don’t miss the homemade tortilla chips—they're fantastic!

Genuine and fresh, I absolutely adore this restaurant! While I'm not a professional food critic or an avid foodie, dining at Guacamole brings back memories of my travels in Mexico from years past. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and authentically sourced. The staff is also very friendly. Plus, the kitchen is impeccably clean (you have to walk through it to reach the restroom). My only downside is that all their takeout is served in styrofoam, which I really dislike. Why not use paper instead?

The food here is fantastic! Just keep in mind that this isn't Tex-Mex cuisine, so don't go in expecting that. The prices are reasonable, so you shouldn't anticipate a five-star dining experience. Just relax and savor their delicious homemade chips!
