Mugg Bean - Kempton Park

We had an excellent experience with great service and delicious food. Our waiter, Linda, was attentive and took care of us right from the start. We dined in for brunch and would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

The food did not meet the usual M&B standards. First, our meat was served cold. The second dish arrived, and it tasted like the sauces had been sitting around for a while; the meat was truly awful. The only redeeming aspects were the fries and drinks, although the drinks felt a bit overpriced. Given that our bill exceeded R500 for two people, I'm disappointed—I would have gotten better value at Spur. Service: Dine in.

The food was really disappointing. I ordered a breakfast bagel, and it was completely flavorless. It felt like all taste just disappeared, and now I can't help but feel traumatized by the experience.
