Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited 20 minutes for my food, only to receive it burned, incorrect, and cold. When I tried to get a refund, they refused. To make matters worse, one of the takeout boxes had just two pennies inside. It went from being a place I visited often to one I'll never return to again.

I have the voice sandwich meal. The chicken was very dry. Bread was old and the sandwich sat for a while. I know it's fast food, but I expected them better.

Just terrible. Went there at 11:40am ish... Both sandwiches and fries tasted like they were cooked an hour ago. I try to spread the money around... But they don't deserve my business. Sad, no care at all....

I was given the wrong sandwich when I went through the drive thru the first time. Called to get the correct sandwich and when got back to my office the sandwich was thrown together. No care was taken to fix a mistake. I will not use this location again. ?

We went about 9:30pm. The fries are old and cold. They've been sitting for awhile and should have been thrown away and not served. We tried the new signature chicken sandwhich. There were no pickles on any of them even though only one was supposed to be without pickles. And there was little sauce. The chicken wasn't hot. Maybe because it was later in the evening but if you're open then be open and ready and hot and fresh.
