I enjoyed a perfectly crafted chipotle chicken avocado melt, which had just the right amount of spice and flavor. The Veggie Mediterranean sandwich is an excellent choice for vegetarians. My order was ready in no time. The staff were friendly, and the dining area was comfortable. The restrooms were clean, and their house blend coffee is consistently top-notch.

My family and I visit this restaurant often and have always enjoyed our experiences. However, today was different due to the incredibly unprofessional behavior of the staff. When our food was ready, a staff member mispronounced our last name (it’s pronounced "peh-pay"), which was fine, but then three other staff members behind the counter started laughing. When I went to pick up my food, the girl wouldn’t even look at me but continued to smirk and chuckle. I’ve never been made fun of by restaurant staff before, and it was quite disappointing. Just for future reference, it's pronounced "peh-pay."

The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is always friendly. However, the restaurant could benefit from a bit more cleaning, as the tables are sometimes not very tidy. It's a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great spot to get some work done! I often spend long hours there, and the staff is always accommodating and helpful, never complaining.
