Although they indicate that delivery will take about 45 minutes, my food often arrives in just 20 minutes, still piping hot. The delivery drivers are consistently courteous and respectful. If you're at Domino's, you likely already know their pizza isn't great. This review focuses solely on the excellent service provided by the team delivering the not-so-great pizza.
I requested that my food be marked, and while I waited in the restaurant for it to be prepared, I noticed that the staff didn’t follow the instructions for preparing my order. When I asked if my food had been marked to distinguish it, the person was unsure and didn’t offer to correct the issue either.
I ordered a pizza, and it arrived two hours later. The staff were joking about it and seemed completely unconcerned. When it finally got here, the pizza was cold. To make matters worse, the delivery driver got lost three times, even though I live just down the road. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
The pizza was not what I ordered. You consistently get my order wrong. It's always an unpleasant experience.
I often order from this restaurant. When the food is good, it’s fantastic, but when it’s not, it’s pretty disappointing. I placed an order today and, unfortunately, decided to add the tip to my card. After a ride of over 35 minutes, my pizza arrived barely warm, and the lid was pressed down onto it, making it a bit squished.
