Kirribilli Hotel Bistro

I am regularly in this hotel, as I have lived near. after a 12-year break I went to the hotel. I couldn't believe that the bar staff they were terrible that they were rude and served was a big...for them. I usually never complain about such things, but it was so disappointing. I don't understand how management can do this. I spoke to a few people and they said the pub is known for terrible service. very disappointing.

A round. the food was fast and delicious. the children were offered an activity package, and the icing on the cake was the absolutely incredible staff that went out of their way to be friendly and thoughtful. would come back absolutely, and would recommend.... Book one table if they can because it is a popular space.

Before beginning we must realize that there is a lack of gastfreundschaft personal in Australia due to carona virus. the dame that took my order was clearly not trained as to enter the commands on the system and it was an oral. I. then ordered a glass of the GSM wine, she did not know what that was (but it was the only gsm on the list) when eating came she forgot to put starter in the foreground, so it all came at once. we had no high expectations that we know what to expect with a pub feed, but $29 for a parmie that was not cooked (cheese was raw) and $28 for a steak that was well done (I asked about medium rare) I would normally not send back a $28 steak, but it was so overdue that I sent it back. it came back the same piece steak cooked more! the cook was so inexperienced that he thought it needed more cooking. when the steak finally came (and my engaged eating cold) it was medium-sized rare, but how many other reviews commented hard like a "old boots" it was unusable. the pub was busy with the patrons and I can only assume that it is literally the only pub in kirribilli. I stress that we are not restless and our expectations were not high. it was so bad.

The workers at this place were very nice. it is a brasserie where they order and pay for eating in a bar, not what I expected, as the hotel advertised it as an dining room that I guess is exact, but I expected table...service the steak was a good size, but the dry I have been paying for a long time! (seriously they can buy a smaller but better steak at aldi for $5 they should not change their typical steak! the spatchcock of my friend looked just as dry and inconspicuous. not a place to meet with a friend for dinner. that's it.
