The rooms are decent, but I believe they could use an upgrade, particularly the family rooms. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 3 out of 5. The service was good, earning a 4, and the location is excellent with a perfect score of 5. Hotel highlights include a stunning view and a peaceful atmosphere.

The restaurant offers a beautiful and peaceful ambiance. The staff is exceptionally professional, providing excellent service. Overall, I would rate the service and location both as a perfect 5 out of 5.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The views are breathtaking, the staff is very welcoming, the rooms are spotless and well-maintained, and the buffets are delightful. It's truly a fantastic spot to relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The pool was quite unclean, with slimy sides and bottom due to algae buildup, while the smaller pool was murky and filthy. While it looks nice, don’t plan on swimming in it. We arranged an airport transfer through the front desk a day in advance, thinking it would be a reliable choice, but the driver was 40 minutes late and tried to charge us double the rate quoted by the hotel (700 Rand instead of 350). We discovered that this was due to a lack of proper communication from the front desk. I recommend using Uber instead (we used it for our arrival and it worked well, costing 365 Rand from Johannesburg), and make sure to allow plenty of time to get to your next destination! Additionally, the restaurant was closed one night for a private event. There were multiple conferences and events happening during our stay, so it seems this may be a regular occurrence. Wi-Fi is limited to the reception and restaurant areas; it does not reach the rooms. Be prepared for loud landscaping work starting at 9 AM. Lastly, activities like the spa and hot air ballooning are all outsourced, so while the front desk can provide contact information, they aren’t able to assist with bookings.
