Agriturismo Ciablun - La valle

This year, during our stay in the upper adige val badia, we had a nice walk down the valley and casually we found, during the roda dle viles, the Ciablun farm and we were enchanted by the beauty of the place and the excellent cuisine. the panorama that is enjoyed from up there is beautiful and ranges from the sass de putia to the chain of the puez up to the rock of the holy cross and you see magnificent meadows surrounded by small huts. the kitchen is great we have tasted a variation of really exquisite caneders served on a salad bed and then we tasted the famous turtles of ricotta and spinach all in a beautiful environment with tables outdoors. a positive experience absolutely to be repeated, congratulations to the management of the premises.

Addressed by a knowledge of the place, we dined at this farm. the location is magnificent, the spectacular view. The environment is very pleasant and the staffsome of us have consumed the degotation menu, consisting of various tastes of appetizer, first and second. Good barley soup and game noodles. Very nice yogurt with mugo pine aroma. Prices are on average in the high valley restaurants.

The position of this restaurant is peerless, with absolutely fantastic views of the Dolomites. The food menu is great, as is the service from the family who own it.

As it started raining during our hike we ended up in this hidden gem. You hardly see it from the street, but our 5-course set meal was absolutely stunning! Made with fresh products directly from the farm this was the best meal we had in Italy!! Delicious ham sausage and also the other courses were great! Furthermore the view over the mountain ranges is fantastic!

La Val is a real gem as small villange enjoying some of the best panoramas of the valley, green and rocky, just splendid. Ciablun is probably the best location to enjoy it, it has just everything to make the eyes pleased, even some small goats to let the children play with. They serve just bio food, or what they range as meat and so on. I ordered a goulasch beef and I got five small pieces of meat with a tasteless polenta, non of us was enthusiast of the selection. Service slow and the dessert arrived half an hour after we finished the lunch. Prices higher of what you can get elsewhere, view apart
