Was already too far gone when I noticed. Tried to use the app to make a complain and ita buggy, not allowing me to select a location. It would be nice for the owners to actually care about the food they are serving. Service: Take out
Absolutely the worst service. I was forced to come here due to McDonald’s being closed. It has been the worst couple weeks ever. Never greeted with a smile or even a simple hello. Always 5 people standing by drive threw window who ALL completely ignore my presence for a minimum of 2 mins while I stand there.. not once have they approached me and apologized for being completely ignored. Then after being served (with no gratitude for having a job) they place my coffee on counter with a rude “here”. Word of advice from someone who has been managing for 15 years .. always greet people like you’re happy to see them.. stop being robots. Your job does not save lives. You can spare a minute to ask how someone is doing or to wish them a good day when a business that is your competitor closes and you have a chance to gain new customers. TAKE THE EXTRA STEPS. YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY GAIN NEW CILENTS!! another thing.:: stop responding to your feedbacks with a link to bring it futher up. We who make reviews expect you to follow through not ask us to do more ! It is your job to ensure your negative feedback (which is plenty seeing as it’s a 3.3 rate) is being heard and fixed.
Bad service, I was on the line waiting for an order and the person who attended me wanted to give me an order from someone else I told her that it was from another customer. And when I placed my order, he was upset because my order was similar to the one he wanted to give me, he even turned his eyes, apparently she got angry. Service: Take out

Very bad service. Phillipino mid age lady was taking my order in drive thru. She was not listening and keep asking again and again, still she gave me wrong stuff. She should be replaced
