Hardee's - Lancaster

I will never return to this restaurant. The staff is rude and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them by asking for food. It's a restaurant, or it should be! The only way to improve this place would be to hire entirely new employees. It's fast food—there's no reason it should take 30 minutes to get a burger and fries. No excuses. You've lost my business.

The staff there are incredibly friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. It can be a bit pricey, but I really enjoy it!

The food was excellent, the fries were served hot, and my drink was prepared without ice as I requested. The staff member at the window was very polite.

I had to request a new cup because the one I was given was damaged and it was quite noticeable. I ended up waiting 10 minutes for the chicken tenders, but they were fresh and hot. However, the men's restroom was in terrible condition.

I visited the drive-thru window, where the menu and specials were clearly displayed. I ordered some cookies for my family for breakfast, and the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich is always our favorite! I didn't have to wait long, and the service was friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick bite on the go.
