We're quite particular about our food, especially when it comes to beef, and the prime rib here ranks among the top two in town. For a rib roast to truly shine, it has to be not just prime grade beef but also aged—a practice that's not as common as you might think. This fantastic restaurant achieves that. The prime rib was incredibly tender; the knife just slid through it. The prices are quite reasonable for the quality you receive, and if you're like us and prefer smaller portions, you can easily share one of their generously sized prime ribs or steaks. This is a must-visit dining spot in Las Vegas, whether you're a resident or just passing through. It has a charming old-school vibe, beautifully decorated, with excellent service to match.
The drinks were really disappointing. Two of us ordered mojitos, and they were virtually undrinkable, tasting more like tonic water than club soda. Our server was quite inattentive and even forgot to bring out our appetizers. This oversight went unnoticed until my husband had to remind the assistant server to ensure we wouldn't be charged for them. Two of us ordered the prime rib rare, which was just average, and the baked potatoes we ordered were undercooked. On a positive note, one of us had the blue cheese wedge, which was delicious. We were staying at Crockfords and had high hopes for The Steak House, given all the great reviews. Unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations.
I had my first experience at this restaurant, and it was definitely worth it! The prime rib was absolutely delicious.

Always Outstanding, don't go to any other Steak House when in Vegas. This is the best!!!
