Przekaż informację zwrotnąEven if I put an online order in and receive a warning asking if I will any to wait until I?m code to the store, my one coffee is not ready 90% of the time. If you don?t put your order in on your way to the store in the morning, you?ll easily wait 10-15minutes. Also, I like light ice due to the heavy amount Dunkin always adds and occasionally the cold foam, but I usually haveto ask for it because it?s wrong even I get it.
Owner needs to close the store, since the manager is too busy smoking cigarettes to serve customers (low class/tacky). Coffee is burnt, bitter, and stale. They cover that loveliness w/way too much sugar. The parking is an absolute nightmare. If you aren'twalking/biking, avoid at all costs.
The service is really quick. They seem to be really happy to work there. The food is always consistent which is great ! Love the Matcha !!
Stopped in at 4 am and was so impressed with the service and how perfect our order was. We were waited on and had our stuff made by Kaitlyn. (Sorry if the spelling is wrong) we appreciate you so much especially during a time where customer service can be ahit and miss. You really impressed us. Kudo?s to you!
The customer service was terrible this morning. When I called to explain how my drink was incorrect all they wanted to do was give a free drink instead of trying to fix the problem for the future. They called me rude even though no curse words were usedand I never raised my voice. How do you fix a problem if you won't listen to your customers and just hang up on them?
