After we have tried 7 different (usually small craft) bakers in leipzig, our favourite baker is found. brot (farmer and roggen) tastes excellent, the rolls (wheat, multicorn, sunflower seed) as well: pleasantly heavy, yet fluffy, with taste! the pancakes looked very good, but here we have not yet tried.
Real baker bread, real rolls, nix Asian TK-Teiglinge, visually needy because actually handmade
I love the maisbrot! tastes fantastic. also the small nut is recommended. you can see that here is still baked with good craft tradition.
David just bakes the most tasty rolls wide and wide! Just Saturdays it is worth being there:)Who doesn't want to eat the ever-like-looking, baked standard low-cold pastries - is right here!
