Little Caesars Pizza - Lemoore

I?ve been coming to this location since I was a child. I attended the opening day of this location. I?m 32yrs old now! These past few months I?ve received nothing but horrible customer service. Especially within the last month. Staff is either uncaringor under the influence. There?s no urgency or professionalism whatsoever. I?ve NEVER experienced this here in Lemoore. Somethingneeds to change. This place is a staple in this town. We deserve the bare minimum at the very least, if you?re going to behiring people who do not care about the customers.

Called location 20 times when we were given wrong order and noone answered. Phone would pick up and hang up each time. Worst little Caesars in Central Valley drive extra 5 mons and goto Hanford

Ordered yesterday for my lunch requested delivery the food never arrived they claim it was delivered I talked to an a**hole manager he was a male trying to be funny. I told them so you guys basically handed off my food to a random person to which hereplied with attitude did you come get your food from inside here I said obviously not then I didn 't give you your order toyou or anyone I told him he was acting stupid. He refused to give me a refund. I spoke with my bank and I will be disputingcharges there. Can 't charge me for something I never received. This company will promote anyone even someone with 2 brain cellsleft.

This location is horrific i ordered wings one sausage pizza. when i showed up to get my order, they claimed to be out of wings. and the manager working said he couldn?t give me a refund because i placed the order online???? so i just had to eat thecost of the wings. and on top of that, my ?sausage? pizza was in fact pepperoni, and i didn?t notice until i had already gothome. oh yeah i paid for sauces on the side and they said they ?weren?t in my order? even though i had proof. so i basicallywasted $20 and the pizza was luke warm. the customer service wasn?t even good .

Love this location!!! Karen and Travis are AMAZING!!! Always greeted the moment I walk in the door. This location is very busy, and they always rise to occasion. The workers are always busy and smiling! I love to come here every chance I can!! Thank youKaren and Travis!!!
