However, I have to express my frustration about my recent experience on October 5, 2023. The rolls were cut unevenly and varied in size, the rice was tasteless, and the fish in the Philadelphia rolls was at times see-through. However, the fish in the luxe rolls was fine. This is a specialty product, so why are you selling defective items? You advertise a weight of 33 grams per piece, so they should all be that size, not 25 or 27 grams. It’s disappointing, and you need to address this issue with the chef. Half of my rolls could have been returned for not meeting the standard!
I used to always order sushi from here. Yesterday, we bought a set, and when we started eating, we were shocked— even the Philadelphia roll wasn't tasty. It seems like they have started using lower-quality fish, and the other rolls weren't good either. I've deleted the app and won't be returning.
