Hungry Jack's Burgers Leumeah

Asked to use toilet as a diabetic emergency. I wanted to go somewhere else. they always wait for eating. toilets closed because of covid.

I requested two standard breakfast packs, but instead, I received the large, overly fragile packs that were just unappetizing. This seems to happen at every Hungry Jack's location, and I can't understand why. It's quite frustrating! I ended up taking the wraps out and going to another place.

What happened?? We ordered from Hungry Jacks Leumeah tonight, and we definitely won't be returning. The onion rings were soaked in oil, there were only a strip or two of lettuce, and about 10 pickles. As for the "ice coffee," my 10-year-old could make a better one. It was watery and barely had any coffee flavor. And to top it off, they messed up our order, so we had to go back. I’ve seen firsthand how some of the managers at Hungry Jacks treat their employees, and it unfortunately reflects in their service.

Open 24 hours, this place was a delightful find during a late-night drive. I ordered takeout and discovered that the food was fantastic, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, also a perfect 5. The atmosphere felt inviting, earning another 5 rating. Overall, an excellent experience, especially for those midnight cravings. Price per person: A$1–20.

To make matters worse, the drinks didn't arrive with the food—a first for me at a fast food restaurant. I only received them after asking about them 20 minutes later. While the manager was pleasant, the two staff members I interacted with were rude and seemed to take issue with the simple task of grabbing my burger from the rack, placing it in a bag, and calling out my order. Their attitude suggested that performing the bare minimum required of their job was a significant burden.
