Penzión Horec - Liptovsky Jan

They refused to serve as we were not accommodated in the facility (pension) even if there was a big sign outside on the street that they had some special offer menu which must had been for the passers-by. I have had sime bad feelings that they refused to provide the table as they might have thought that some of us were gypsies as our relatives from the UK have Indian origin. I just hope that this was not the case. I do not want to blame anyone from racism but this was very weird. Maybe we get some explanation here as we are strongly upset from this behaviour.

We also visited Horec with the family in winter. We enjoyed our stay very much. The children especially enjoyed the snow. You can rent sleds at the guesthouse without any problems. Javorovica hill is nearby, we used to go sledding there. Absolutely great vacation for us. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Kid-friendly, Great value

Great place with family and kids but still no toalets and no even small shower outside. From 16:30 to 19:00no any service for people which are in area as dinner for pension guest, we went to ask inside if we can buy drink as was very warm but waiter straight said no we have dinners now. Service: 1

It is my favourite place: small, not full of people. To be honest, we were lucky, good timing, visited on Saturday lunchtime. If you are not accommodated, you have to pay 5eur to enter the are. After 4 pm there are many, many people. Great food, clean, big playground outside, playground inside, little swimming pool and 2 holes of nature water. So enjoyable that I did not take much photos and only relaxed and enjoyed myself. The only surprising thing: they asked for a little glass of water some price I expect coffee with water, so a bit disappointing moment.
