Solar Do Bacalhau - Lisboa

This stylish restaurant is specialized in cadjau and other species of fish and they are good in it. we spent here christmas together with many Portuguese families; kabeljau (and oktopus) you eat for christmas in most portugals. the octopus salad... and the garlic garnels were delicious as well as the perfectly cooked cadry drowned in haufen roasted garlic was delicious. for fish lovers solar do bacalhau is not the worst place they can visit.

On our very first evening in Lisboa my wife and I chose Solar for dinner and were totally happy with our choice. We had fresh cod on charcoal grill with some appetizers to go and a bottle of domestic white wine which was very good. Service was flawless, the ambiance was quite good and prices were reasonable. Even though this is a tipical tourist place I strongly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent Seafood, good choice and well prepared. Waiter did everything to make the evening go really well. Surroundings and ambient made the meal very enoyable and a reasonable end price.

No geral, um bom restaurante para comer bacalhau, mas há espaço para melhorias. Os bolinhos de bacalhau estavam ok. O meu prato principal, que era o bacalhau “A Lagareiro”, estava delicioso, mas o “A Gomes de Sá” da minha mulher provavelmente estava ok.
