Fusion Cafe - Listowel

I visited for the Sunday lunch menu, and I must say the selection is impressive, catering to every taste. The main courses were absolutely delightful—truly excellent food that clearly shows it was made with care! The prices are reasonable, especially given the high quality of the dishes. My partner proclaimed the fusion burger to be the best burger he has ever had, and I have no reason to disagree. The ambiance is also lovely, featuring stylish decor, soft lighting, and notable cleanliness. Overall, I was very impressed with the experience!

We had a wonderful meal at Fusion last weekend. I organized a hen party, and Niall was incredibly helpful from my very first inquiry email. He promptly answered all my questions and made the planning process a breeze. We were given our own private room, and I was able to come in the evening before to decorate it. The food was absolutely delicious! Our group included several vegetarians, and everyone was impressed by both the variety of dishes and the quality of the food. The staff on the night were attentive, and we felt very welcomed at the restaurant. I look forward to returning for a meal the next time I'm in Roscommon.

As always, it was excellent. We saw Ray Montana perform live, and it was a lot of fun. Our family group had a wonderful time. My vegan daughter was very well accommodated, and the two vegetarians also enjoyed their meals. The child in our group loved the kids' menu. Derek and his team are doing an amazing job, as usual!

BEST restaurant in Roscommon! Have been to most restaurants around county Roscommon and this is by far our favorite! Delicious food, friendly staff and great prices too!

Avoid at all costs if it was posdible to rate it zero I would. When I complained that My Thai Red Vegatable Curry was made up of appropriately 70 of Potato halves and 30 of other vegetables I was advised that no one else had complained!!!!! The Waiter serving us completely dismissed my comments and shrugged nobody else had complained !! He asked if the curry was OK which the flavour and 30 of other vegetables were and which I ate. When we received the bill I was expecting some sort of adjustment, it didn 't happen. I was asked if I wished to speak to the chef owner which I did who was just as arrogant as the waiter and who didn 't want to listen. He stated that I ate the curry which I did apart from the potato. When I ordered the curry I was expecting 100 variety of vegetables not 70 of Potatoes in a Thai Red Curry. He asked if I enjoyed the naan bread which I did and his comment was that it was not authentic. In my belief infushion means Asian whether it be Indian or Chinese. He then had the audacity to state that I was recorded on Camera stating I had enjoyed the curry which is true of the 30 of vegetable content other than 70 Potato. He also stated to my partner that if I submitted a review he would declare it was fake as they had video and audio footage of my comments to the waiter that the curry was good the 30 veg) I do not remember seeing any such notices in the Restaurant stating that customers were being recorded whilst dining is that not illegal? To finalise I would not be returning to this establishment nor recommending it .
