McDonald's - Little Rock

It was great. The food was hot, the customer service was great, and it took less than 5 minutes.

They got the job done very quickly and very well. The intercom stop was like a drive by: the staff was lovely ebony big butt queens. Well mannered individuals. I'm Hi lol the food came out perfect thanks ladies.

This is the worst McDonald?s service I have ever received. I ordered three sandwiches and she only gave me two then told me to come pay for the third. Then when I tried paying for the third the card reader kept screwing up and she kept rudely telling me too leave the card in while the machine told me to remove the card. All this while holding my third sandwich in her hand. Then she took the sandwich away and refused to give it for the trouble she put me through. She was the manager and the rudest McDonald?s employee I?ve ever met.

This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. It took 20 minutes just to get two cokes, and there was only one car ahead of me. The breakfast was terrible – the biscuits were hard and the hash browns were burned. I've never experienced it this bad before.

The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit I ordered was missing the egg.
