Messed up order 5 times and refused to give a refund for their mistake. Would not come

Back open after a great remodel! Oh how I missed you. The place is bitchin. Inside and out. Drive thru easy as ever. All new equipment inside. I've only done the drive thru and its quick and the employees are smart and on point. The food is delicious and Caitlyn in the drive up window is adorable and very hospitable! I'll be back often. A

I had a bad experience at the restaurant. I ordered combo #8, but I ended up receiving the same meal as combo #1. I don't understand why I paid an extra four dollars for less food.

When they built the new location, they should have also hired new employees because no one there seems to have any customer service skills. The cashier was just standing around, and when I pointed out that some tables needed cleaning, she finally came over and used only a few paper towels. She then wiped several tables with the same towels, even cleaning the trash can with them before going to the large table in the center. That's when I decided to leave. I will never go back; it's simply unsanitary, especially considering the ongoing concerns about COVID.
