I recommend not bringing up any concerns to the management. They tend to interpret it as a personal affront and will dismiss your comments, making it difficult to resolve any issues.

The management has made it difficult for half the community by requiring us to walk to parking outside the gate in 16-degree weather. They've completely changed the parking rules for winter, and it feels like they just want to make more money. The parking lot was previously fine.

However, there are some downsides: parking is a real challenge. Visitors are supposed to park in designated areas during specific hours, but this is rarely enforced. Recently, I've found myself having to park several buildings away from my apartment and walking past about ten cars without parking permits, which are supposed to be towed after 9 PM but never seem to be. Additionally, the valet trash service, which requires a fee, doesn't reliably pick up trash during inclement weather. Often, they'll only take one bag per night, leaving the rest outside my door. The gates of the gated community are also a problem; they often remain open, allowing anyone to come and go freely. Overall, my experience has been fairly decent. The staff has been great, but I feel that the complex is poorly managed from an upper management perspective. The rent is somewhat high for what you get, but it's not unreasonable given the area. I hope this review helps future renters make informed decisions and encourages the management to make some improvements.

Beautiful well maintained gated apt complex, beautiful pools, small and nice dog park area, small playground, option of indoor parking, huge exercise room, and work area. Walking distance to Lincoln light rail station. Smooth process for renting and moving. I feel comfortable having my young college student rent in this facility. Reasonable price for a good size updated unit.

This was after they “fixed” the problem the first time around.We have water leaking from the outside every time it rains.You can see the walls have big cracks and nothing was fixed.We also put in another maintenance request after the storm on July 7th nobody responded back or fixed the issue.
