Dunkin' - LONG GROVE

I just got home feeling disappointed for the second time in a row. Yesterday, I ordered a medium iced coffee and a medium iced caramel macchiato, but I received two iced coffees instead. I didn’t complain; it happens to everyone. However, today I ordered a medium iced coffee with an espresso shot and got what seems to be a medium cup of milk or cream with a shot of espresso. That's definitely what it tastes like. I felt I had to say something this time since I was okay with the mistake yesterday, but this is just unacceptable. I would have driven back to address it, but the parking lot is being seal-coated, and it's a bit of a mess with customers struggling to navigate around the cones and ropes — perhaps due to a lack of coffee, just like me.

They are supposed to be open until 7pm. The people working here keep closing at 645pm. I drive 10 mins here to get donuts. What a bad location. Unfortunately this is the closest to me as well. Looks like the workers are just trying to leave early.

You can't miss going to dunkin' girls seemed to be understaffed. Took longer then normal but they got done

I would love to give them a perfect 5-star rating, but their consistency leaves much to be desired.

Charming little café. I really enjoyed my coffee there. It's somewhat tucked away among the trees, so be sure not to miss it!
