Arby's Roast Beef - Longview

I would give them no stars if that was possible. Just spent $30 on food that was cold!!!! Both sandwiches, fries, and cheese sticks. And they weren 't even busy. After 30 mins of trying to call to tell the night manager the phone line is still not even connecting saying line busy . I probably won 't eat there ever again.

Wow have they went down hill! Better be careful and measure every little gram of meat! Wouldn't want to give away any extra even though they charge you enough for the stuff to begin with!! The way this place is going they'll be locking the doors before long!!People are tired of the greed and how they act like every little bit of food they serve is solid Gold! Want some extra sauce? Oh we can't do that! We'll have to charge you extra! You know what!, It's ok I'll just take my hungry family somewhere else from now on and we will just forget this place even exist! What a joke our fast food places have become!

Came here to dine in around 3:15 pm on a Thursday. Looked like there were only 3 employees on duty at that time. There was one other person in line aside from me to order and 2 cars in drive. Once I got up to order, the ease of ordering was great. The one that took my order (I believe she was the manager) was very kind and greeted me with a smile.I ordered a roast beef classic sandwich and a Buffalo chicken slider. It took about 7 minutes for me to receive my order. At the drink and sauce stand, they were out of 3 sauces. The station was very dirty. Grime from the sauces had built up on and around the station. The cleanliness of the restaurant as a whole was not great. The food was just fine. $4.59 (plus tax) for that classic Roast beef sandwich does seem very rich considering all I received as a couple slices of roast beef and a bun. (It doesn’t come with anything on it)The Buffalo chicken slider tasted great but was very small for $2.00. It basically a small chicken finger between a mini bun. However, I used an offer in the Arby’s app, so the slider cost me nothing.Unfortunately, this location does not offer online ordering through the app, which is a total bummer for me.My overall experience was “Okay” there was definitely nothing impressive about my visit, but it was okay.

Staff was rude the food that I received was as hard as a hockey puck and they forgot two deferent items I ordered. Wouldn't recommend in the slightest

I have always loved there beef and cheedar's but for the 1st time in a long while I ate there today and seems as if the sauce has changed, didn't seem as good as it use to be
