I mentioned the mistake to the African American staff member at the counter, but she responded with a dismissive attitude. Eventually, another employee prepared our order correctly, but instead of the large onion rings we requested, we received a small portion. I returned them because when you pay good money for a meal, you expect to get what you paid for. Additionally, two of the cushioned seats had stains on them, which was quite off-putting. I'm really tired of feeling like I'm being taken advantage of.
It's a typical Burger King—neither outstanding nor disappointing. You won't find anything remarkable, but there's also nothing to be upset about.
I visited the drive-thru, and the person taking my order was exceptionally rude—she interrupted me before I could even finish speaking. When we reached the window and requested to speak with a manager, we were astonished to learn that she was the manager herself! She claimed to be dealing with a death in her family and said she didn't have time for this, asking if I wanted my food or not. I offered my condolences, but I told her that her circumstances didn’t excuse her behavior towards customers. In response, she angrily threw my credit card on the ground and slammed the window shut. My entire family in the car was shocked at how poorly we were treated as paying customers.
I was charged but didn’t get my receipt. I ordered a Whopper, but they mistakenly gave me a Jr. Whopper along with a very small serving of fries. My total was $13.
I've only been to this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, I haven't come across anyone at the register who appears to be well-trained. The food was acceptable and reminded me of Burger King, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. However, the lack of training at the counter can be quite frustrating. That said, considering it’s a fast-food establishment, I can't say I was completely disappointed.
