Jucys Hamburgers - Longview

Remodeled store is really nice. Big, greasy burgers are fantastic! Don't bother with the complimentary beans if you want to be able to taste the rest of your meal; THEY'RE HOT! Servers don't, serve that is. They're too busy visiting with each other and with friends who drop in. They pretty much ignore customers after their orders are slapped down on the counter. At least you won't feel guilty if you don't leave a tip! ?

Although the atmosphere is fast food, everything is cooked to order and it tastes like a more expensive, sit-down restaurant. I especially love that you can choose your cheese and blue cheese is one choice.

The crispy chicken sandwich ordered...? Absolutely terrible. I think they used at least 3 cups of salt in bread. $10 just for the sandwich, then $3 for frits, then $3 for a drink. Even NFL football stadiums don't screw customers so badly. $18 after tax for 1 meal, that was not edible. If you cut the 8 ibs of the salt you use on the crispy chicken sandwich, you can knock the price on $5 and compete with the 200 other burger compounds in the area. Y'all are likely what keeps good shepherd hospital and Longview regional hospital in business over the last 40 years all 's arteries clog and increase their blood pressure through the roof with the amount of sodium and mosg you have in your food. It's safe to say I'll never be back and not my extended family? It seems that this business has just gone down the hill in recent years. I tried their Taco sites and had the same problem with too much salt or just too greasy. There is a difference between Juicy and just bowling alley, rolls under armpit, fly around, greasy slop?

If you read all posters in the restaurant, you can see that this is a very good hamburger, and I can say from experience that it is a really good hamburger. I don't know that I could evaluate my five best hamburgers I had in my life and remember exactly where I had them, but I know that Jucys Hamburger was one of them. You need to know that they are very good because they calculate accordingly. Be aware that you will pay at least $7 for hamburgers from 2022.

I highly recommend this place!! It was very good. I have the chicken chipotle avocado sandwich and the homemade rolls were very good! In any case, a must stop. The only part was that the work crew was a little loud while there were no other customers next to my family and me. Either it wasn't that we were just a tab, but noisy. They were all amazing and very nice!! Thank you for a good service! Definitely stop here more often
