Applebee's Grill - Los Lunas

I had lunch on Sunday with a friend. The service was terrible. He got our order wrong and my friend had to eat his take out because his food order was not taken. It was a terrible inconvenience.

Our family came to enjoy dinner at your establishment this evening and we watched multiple tables get there after we did and leave prior to our meals being served. We understand you guys were slammed tonight and that gives a lot of leeway. I do want to acknowledge the server Muriel! She was not our server but went above and beyond to help us get service! She deserves 5 stars for all she did tonight! You have a lot to work on but this server isn't one of the fixes that needs fixing! Hopefully for our next experience she'll be available! Muriel you are amazing!

Lady and I Had a Good Time on Valentine's Day ? and We Ate at Applebee's. Food was Good ?

The food was cold and we had to return the soup. We kept our main course so as not to be a bother. The Alfredo and broccoli looked as if it was sitting out and there was an attempt to reheat.The bread and Alfredo sauce was also hard and cold.Our waiter Austin was unwelcoming and not warm at all. We were uncertain if it was because we were not from town.Applebee's is one of my favorite places to eat. This restaurant did not live up to that expectation. I will add that it was pretty late for New Mexico.. almost 10pm.

I only went here since the people I was with picked it.Service was almost non-existent. Waited 20 min to get anyone to our table and it didn't get any better.
